First, preparation before operation
Check whether all parts of the slag scraper are in good condition, including engine, transmission system, hydraulic system, electrical system, working device, etc., to ensure that there are no cracks, deformation, wear and other phenomena.
Check whether the hydraulic oil level, engine oil and coolant are sufficient, and whether the lubrication system is normal, so as to ensure that all lubrication points are fully lubricated.
Check whether the tire or crawler pressure of the slag scraper is normal and the fasteners are not loose.
Check the reliability of the working device of the slag scraper, including bucket teeth, buckets, chains, etc.
Check all safety facilities in the operation room of the slag scraper, such as emergency stop button, seat belt, warning light and limiter, to ensure completeness and effectiveness.
Check the surrounding environment of the slag scraper to ensure that there are no obstacles and potential safety hazards, and observe the stability of the working surface.
Second, start the equipment
Turn on the engine throttle, warm up the engine for 3 minutes, and check whether the engine speed, water temperature, oil pressure and other parameters are normal.
Open the hydraulic tank cover, check the hydraulic oil level, start the hydraulic pump station, and observe whether the pressure of the hydraulic system is normal, and whether the hydraulic oil cooler, tubing and connectors are in good condition.
Check all components of the electrical system, such as cables, switches, meters, buttons, etc., to ensure that they are intact and grounded firmly, then start the generator and check whether the parameters such as generator output voltage and current are normal.
III. Adjustment and Operation
According to the requirements of excavation operation, adjust the excavation depth and angle of the slag scraper, and adjust the clamping force of bucket teeth, buckets and other components.
Operate the machine to push forward, gather the stones and level the ground at the same time.
When operating the slag scraper by remote control or driving, keep the equipment 2-3 meters away from the working surface, insert the scraper into the slag pile at an angle of 30-45 degrees, and scrape it layer by layer, and scrape it from the top down layer by layer, and the single scoop amount shall not exceed 80% of the bucket capacity.
Four, material transportation and transportation
Adjust the height of the conveyor belt to make the materials fall into the carriage accurately and avoid spilling.
According to the transportation distance and material properties, choose the appropriate transportation speed.
During transportation, pay attention to keep the vehicle stable and avoid sudden braking and sharp turning.
V. Operation End and Shutdown
Raise the scraper arm to reset, park the slag scraper in a safe position and tighten the handbrake.
Shut down the hydraulic pump station, cut off the power supply and fill in the equipment operation record.
Clean the track or tire slag, and check the wear of wearing parts.
Six, safety precautions
Operators must undergo professional training, be familiar with the structure, performance, operation methods and safety precautions of the slag scraper, and can only take up their posts with certificates after passing the examination.
During the operation, the operators shall strictly abide by various safety operation procedures to ensure the personal and equipment safety, and must concentrate, and shall not leave their posts without authorization or entrust others to operate. Wear personal protective equipment, such as safety helmet, work clothes, gloves, safety shoes, dust masks, etc.
It is forbidden to operate the slag scraper under the conditions of drunkenness, fatigue and inattention. It is forbidden to use the slag scraper as a manned tool. Irrelevant operations, such as adjusting the engine and replacing parts, are strictly prohibited during work. It is forbidden to carry out maintenance, inspection and cleaning during the operation of the slag scraper.
The pressure of the hydraulic system shall not exceed the rated value, and the machine shall be stopped for maintenance immediately if abnormal vibration is found.
When stopping work, overhauling and changing shifts, the isolating switch on the machine must be turned off. The succession driver must explain the machine operation and existing problems to the succession driver.
When the gas concentration reaches 1.5% in the airflow within 20 meters before and after the roadheader, it must stop running, cut off the power supply and handle it. When the gas concentration must drop below 1%, it can be powered on.
Seven, maintenance and maintenance
Regularly check the wear and tear of all parts of the slag scraper, and replace the parts with serious wear and tear in time.
Check the hydraulic system, electrical system and transmission system regularly to ensure their normal operation.
Replace the hydraulic oil filter element regularly (for example, every 250 hours), and lubricate all joint bearings (oil injection per shift).
Regularly clean the slag scraper to keep it clean.
Eight, fault handling
In case of failure, stop immediately, cut off the power supply and notify the maintenance personnel.
Ensure the safety of operators during troubleshooting.
For failures that cannot be handled by themselves, you should contact professional maintenance personnel for maintenance in time.
In the process of fault handling, site safety protection measures should be taken.
